• Prof. Junseok Heo received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University in 2006, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He was a recipient of the Samsung Scholarship during his doctoral study. In 2012, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of Michigan. In 2013, he joined Ajou University, where he is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His current research interests include 2D/3D van der Waals heterojunction devices, (ultra)wide bandgap devices, monolithic integration of III-V, Si, and two-dimensional semiconductors.
